During an initial assessment session we take a full history, assess your current movement during a workout, discuss your goals with your Pilates program and then recommend what classes / sessions we think would best suit your requirements. Group Classes
A great gift, this Introductory 4 Class Pass Offer is for clients who are new to Live & Breathe Pilates so they can check out our studio and try out any of our group classes. This is a one time offer for new clients and is only recommended for those who are injury free.
One to One Training
This one to one pass is suitable for all levels of new clients to our studio. Enjoy three 45 minute one to one sessions with one of our teachers. After discussing your requirements, we'll design a specific program just for you, an ideal way to get the best from your Pilates program. If group classes are not yet appropriate for you, if times don't suit - or if you just prefer to work one to one with a teacher our one to one sessions offer a tailored approach. Our friendly team will work with you on a one to one basis to assess you and tailor a workout program based on your goals.

Group Classes
This pass is for ten of our Mat and/or Barre classes. Try one, or try them both - it's your choice and you can mix and match. The pass covers all group mat based classes including our mat based specialist classes - Pre and Postnatal, Men Only classes as well as our Fit for Life classes which are aimed at our older clients.

With this versatile pass you can attend any group class on our schedule. The voucher is for ten of any of our 60 minute or 45 minute group classes - Reformer and all Mat classes. Try one, or try them all, the choice is yours!
One to One Training
This 45 minute one to one session is ideal for those who prefer private sessions. We assess and teach a tailored exercise program that is appropriate for the individual. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing our programs making our one to one suitable for all levels, from beginners to athletes. Our goal is always to have our clients leave the studio feeling happier, healthier and stronger.

We work closely with many people who have been affected by breast cancer surgeries and associated treatments. Our tailored programs help reduce pain, improve mobility and reduce stress with a progressive program that also reduces the risk of lymphodema. We provide a safe space for all and can help you re-find the joy in your movement, while having some fun too.
