Initial Assessment

During an initial assessment session we take a full history, assess your current movement during a workout, discuss your goals with your Pilates program and then recommend what classes / sessions we think would best suit your requirements. We may also provide a homework program.

We strongly recommend at least one private session prior to joining our group classes.
